Before and After Photos
Case 1: Closing “Black Triangles”
As our gums recede as we become older, the space between the teeth that was previously filled with gum tissue disappears. This creates ugly “Black Triangles” that age a smile.
This patient was unhappy with his smile for exactly this reason.
We were able to close his “Black Triangles” using an injection molding bonding technique instead of crowns.
This technique is extremely cost-effective and can be done in one visit.
There are very few dentists in the country who have the training, skill level, and techniques to achieve this beautiful result.
Needless to say, this patient was thrilled with the results.
Case 2 – Porcelain Crowns on Upper Teeth
This patient suffered from low self-confidence because of bad previous dentistry and ugly old, dark fillings.
She wanted her teeth fixed and made whiter.
We were able to restore her upper teeth with beautiful porcelain crowns to improve her smile.
Besides loving her new smile, she now exudes a new self-confidence.
Case 3 – New Dentures
This 82-year old patient needed new dentures to improve her chewing.
She also did not like how the teeth looked with all the dark staining.
We replaced her 15-year old dentures with new ones, and now she both looks better and is eating better.
Case 4 – Porcelain Veneers
All this 55-year old patient wanted was to improve her smile.
She did not like smiling, and she felt old because of her short, worn, dark teeth.
We were able to significantly improve her smile with beautiful porcelain veneers.
Case 5 – Bonding to close spaces between teeth
This woman never liked the spaces between her teeth, and wanted the them fixed.
Given the teeth were healthy, she preferred an approach to restoring her teeth that would not be too invasive.
Taking a conservative approach, we elected to close the spaces between her two upper front teeth and the lower front teeth with composite bonding.
This patient got the exact results that she was hoping for; she got rid of the large spaces between her teeth and a big improvement in her smile.

Case 6 – “Teeth-in-a-Day” – Upper fixed implant bridgework
Periodontal disease resulted in the loss of all the upper teeth and lower front tooth in this 70-year old woman. For years she had been trying to save her teeth, but finally she was unable to maintain these teeth and required these teeth to be extracted.
We replaced all the upper teeth with dental implants in one day with “Teeth-in-a-Day”.
This allowed her to avoid wearing an upper removable denture once the dental implants were placed.
This patient was thrilled with her new teeth. Her smile improved and her teeth felt exactly like her own since they were replaced all in the same day.
We also were able to improve the appearance of her lower front teeth by splinting teeth together and closing some of the gaps created by the gum disease.
Case 7 – Full-mouth Rehabilitation
Finally retired, this 67-year old patient was in need of a significant amount of dentistry.
He had worn his teeth down, and had been having patch dentistry done to keep his teeth going.
In addition, he hated how his teeth looked. In fact, he was unable to see his teeth when he smiled.
He was concerned that his general dentist lacked the necessary training to diagnose and treat his dental condition with meticulous attention to detail. After discussing this with his dentist, he was referred to see a prosthodontist, a dentist with the specific training and technical skills to routinely accomplish this type of dentistry. That’s when he found Dr. Squier.
After much planning and work, Dr. Squier completed a full-mouth rehabilitation on this patient, which included crowns on all of his teeth to build his bite back up and to improve his smile.
Needless to say, this patient was ecstatic with the results. Now his whole family and friends see Dr. Squier, too.
Case 8 – Immediate Dentures
Obviously in need of dental care, this 58-year old patient had no teeth that could be saved because of periodontal disease and neglect.
He was treated with upper and lower immediate dentures, placed the same day as all of his remaining teeth were extracted.
In addition, he had 2 dental implants placed in his lower jaw to support his new lower denture.
Case 9 – Implant Crowns
This patient lost two upper teeth due to failed root canals.
These upper teeth were replaced with two dental implants and porcelain crowns without touching an adjacent teeth.
Case 10 – Removable Partial Denture
We replaced all of this patient’s missing teeth with upper and lower removable partial dentures.
He was very happy with the fit and comfort of these partial dentures, as well as the cosmetics.
Case 11 – Bridgework to replace removable partial denture
This 73-year old patient wanted to get rid of her removable partial denture which she had been wearing for years and found annoying.
We used her support teeth to fabricate fixed porcelain fused to gold bridgework to replace her removable denture.
Now she no longer has teeth that come in and out of her mouth, she chews better, and and she is thrilled with the cosmetics.
Case 12 – Trauma
As prosthodontic specialists, we are uniquely qualified to treat the more complicated dental issues that arise, including unfortunate accidents that cause loss of teeth and jawbone.
This 36-year old patient was in a severe car accident, which resulted in the fracture of her lower jaw and the loss of her lower front teeth along with significant bone and gum tissue.
She also had some damage to her upper front teeth. She was emotionally scarred from the accident and loss of her teeth, and wouldn’t smile without covering her mouth.
Multiple dental implants were placed and this patient’s lower teeth were replaced with fixed implant bridgework. In addition, her upper teeth were repaired as well.
She was finally able to smile again after a long ordeal and was grateful to have her teeth back.
Case 13 – Replacing multiple teeth with dental implants
This 76-year old patient suffered the loss of several lower back teeth over time until she was unable to chew well. She did not want to wear a removable lower prosthesis to replace her missing teeth.
We placed multiple dental implants as needed, and restored her with porcelain implant crowns and bridgework. She completely regained her chewing function was extremely happy with the results.
