As our gums recede as we become older, the space between the teeth that was previously filled with gum tissue disappears. This creates ugly “Black Triangles” that age a smile.
This patient was unhappy with his smile for exactly this reason.
We were able to close his “Black Triangles” using an injection molding bonding technique instead of crowns.
This technique is extremely cost-effective and can be done in one visit.
There are very few dentists in the country who have the training, skill level, and techniques to achieve this beautiful result.
Needless to say, this patient was thrilled with the results.

Case 2 – Porcelain Crowns on Upper Teeth

She wanted her teeth fixed and made whiter.
We were able to restore her upper teeth with beautiful porcelain crowns to improve her smile.
Besides loving her new smile, she now exudes a new self-confidence.

This woman never liked the spaces between her teeth, and wanted the them fixed.
Given the teeth were healthy, she preferred an approach to restoring her teeth that would not be too invasive.
Taking a conservative approach, we elected to close the spaces between her two upper front teeth and the lower front teeth with composite bonding.
This patient got the exact results that she was hoping for; she got rid of the large spaces between her teeth and a big improvement in her smile.

Periodontal disease resulted in the loss of all the upper teeth and lower front tooth in this 70-year old woman. For years she had been trying to save her teeth, but finally she was unable to maintain these teeth and required these teeth to be extracted.
We replaced all the upper teeth with dental implants in one day with “Teeth-in-a-Day”.
This allowed her to avoid wearing an upper removable denture once the dental implants were placed.
This patient was thrilled with her new teeth. Her smile improved and her teeth felt exactly like her own since they were replaced all in the same day.
We also were able to improve the appearance of her lower front teeth by splinting teeth together and closing some of the gaps created by the gum disease.

Finally retired, this 67-year old patient was in need of a significant amount of dentistry.
He had worn his teeth down and had been having patch dentistry done to keep his teeth going.
In addition, he hated how his teeth looked. In fact, he was unable to see his teeth when he smiled.
He was concerned that his general dentist lacked the necessary training to diagnose and treat his dental condition with meticulous attention to detail. After discussing this with his dentist, he was referred to see a prosthodontist, a dentist with the specific training and technical skills to routinely accomplish this type of dentistry. That’s when he found Dr. Squier.
After much planning and work, Dr. Squier completed a full-mouth rehabilitation on this patient, which included crowns on all of his teeth to build his bite back up and to improve his smile.
Needless to say, this patient was ecstatic with the results. Now his whole family and friends see Dr. Squier, too.

This 36-year old patient was in a severe car accident, which resulted in the fracture of her lower jaw and the loss of her lower front teeth along with significant bone and gum tissue.
She also had some damage to her upper front teeth. She was emotionally scarred from the accident and loss of her teeth, and wouldn’t smile without covering her mouth.
Multiple dental implants were placed and this patient’s lower teeth were replaced with fixed implant bridgework. In addition, her upper teeth were repaired as well.
